1st State Education Achievement Survey to be conducted on Nov 3,2023.: According to officials, the national assessment regulator PARAKH will conduct the inaugural State Education Achievement Survey on November 3 and will survey 11 million pupils nationwide.
Targeting school kids up to the block level, the survey will be conducted throughout all states with the goal of identifying learning areas that need improvement. It will serve as a forerunner to the district-level National Achievement Survey (NAS), which is carried out annually by the Education Ministry.
It would be the first survey carried out by Performance Assessment, Review and Analysis of Knowledge for Holistic Development (PARAKH), an entity under the NCERT, according to officials acquainted with the development who spoke to PTI.
Its job is to coordinate the educational boards in all the states and the Union territories.
